We are extremely pleased to announce, that we now have the capability of producing vacuum formed parts as well as machined parts.

This concept is a little new to us, but given our skillset and expertise we have to hand, we are very confident we will very soon learn the techniques and methods required to bring you that ideal product. 

We are initially looking at producing our own basic tools, then anything else that could be formed over existing shapes, sizes or even 3D printed for other complicated shapes, you can even supply us your own drawings or templates for any specific requirement you may have.  

Our machine can vacuum form up to 6mm thick sheet, HIPS etc. A forming area of 430mm x 280mm ( reducing window plates can be sourced ) Depth of draw 160mm. It is capable of forming smaller parts in multiple and it has 4 zones that enable us to have further control for other applications.
